APERO´PIA(Ἀπεροπία), a small island, which Pausanias describes as lying off the promontory Buporthmus in Hermionis, and near the island of Hydrea. Leake identifies Buporthmus with C. Muzákiand Aperopia with Dhokó. (Paus. 2.34.9; Plin. Nat. 4.12. s. 19; Leake, Peloponnesiaca, p. 284.)
