BONCONICA a town on the left bank of the Rhine, placed by the Itineraries between Moguntiacum ( Maienz) and Borbetomagus ( Worms). The Antonine Itin. and the Table do not agree exactly in the distance of Bonconica from Moguntiacum and Borbetomagus; but there can be no doubt that Oppenheimrepresents Bonconica.
