BRIGAECI´NI(Βριγαικινοί, Ptol. 2.6.30), a tribe of the ASTURES in Hispania Tarraconensis, with a capital Brigaecium (Βριγαίκιον, Ptol.) or Brigecum ( Itin. Ant. pp. 439, 440), 40 M. P. SE. of Asturica, near Berevente. The Trigaecini of Florus (Flor. 4.12) are probably the same people.
