CO´MMONI(Κομμονοί), the name of a Gallic, or perhaps Ligurian tribe, mentioned by Ptolemy (Ptol. 2.10). D'Anville supposes that they may have been a division or tribe of the Salyes. Nothing more is known of them.[G.L]
