EPETIUM(Ἐπέτιον: Eth. Ἐπετῖνος, Ptol. ii 16.4; Plin. Nat. 3.25), a town of the Issii (Plb. 32.18), in Illyricum, with a harbour (Portus Epetius, Peut. Tab. ). Remains of this town are found near Stobretz. (Comp. Map in Wilkinson, Dalmatia and Montenegro, vol. ii.)
