GESOCRIBATE a place in Gallia, which appears in the Table as the termination of a road from Juliomagus ( Angers) through Nantes, Vannes, Sulim, and Vorgium. Walckenaer takes it to be Brest. [BRIVATES.] The first part of this name is the same as the first part of Gesoriacum.
