LOPSICA(Λόψικα), a town of Liburnia, which Ptolemy (Ptol. 2.16.2; comp. Plin. Nat. 3.25) places near the mouth of the river Tedanius ( Zermagna): perhaps the same place as the OSPELA of the Geographer of Ravenna.[E.B.J]
