MALIARPHA(Μαλιάρφα, Ptol. 7.14), a place of considerable commerce in the territory of the Arvarni, on the western coast of the Bay of Bengal, between the mouths of the Godavariand the Kistna. It is represented now by either Maliapuror by the ruins of Mavalipuram.
