MARCOMAGUS a place in North Gallia on a road from Augusta Trevirorum ( Tréves) to Agrippina Civitas ( Cologne). It appears both in the Antonine Itin. and in the Table. Marcomagus is Marmagen. It is 28 or 31 M. P. from Cologne, for the numbers are not certain.
