MEDERIACUM in Gallia Belgica, is placed by the Antonine Itin. on a road from Colonia Trajana ( Kelln) through Juliacum ( Juliers) to Colonia Agrippina ( Cologne). It lies between Sablones and Teudurum ( Tudder), and is supposed by some geographers to be Merum-Ruremonde.
