PHLYGO´NIUM(Φλνγόνιον), a city of Phocis, of unknown site, destroyed at the end of the Phocian War. (Paus. 10.3.2; Steph. B. s. v.) Pliny calls it Phlygone, and erroneously represents it as a city of Boeotia (4.7. s. 12).
