PRA´CTIUS[Πράκτιος), a small river in the north of Troas, flowing from Mount Ida, and discharging itself into the Hellespont a little below Percote. (Hom. Il. 2.835; Strab. 13. p. 590; Arrian, Arr. Anab. 1.12.6.) Some identify it with the modern Borgas, and others with the Muskakoi-Su.
