SACARAULI(Σακαραῦλοι, Strab. 11. p. 511), a nomad people of Central Asia, belonging to the oldest stock of the Turksof the Altai. In Ptolemy (Ptol. 6.14.4) this people appear under the name of Sagaraucae (Σαγαραῦκαι) (comp. Ritter, Erdkunde, vol. 7. p. 696).
