SECURISCA(Σεκούρισκα, Procop. de Aed. 4.7. p. 292, ed. Bonn.), a town in Moesia Inferior, lying S. of the Danube, between Oescus and Novae. ( Itin. Ant. p. 221; comp. Geogr. Rav. 4.7; Theophyl. 7.2.) Variously identified with Sohegurli, Sistov, and Tcherezelan.
