SIPIA in Gallia, is placed by the Table on a route from Condate ( Rennes) to Juliomagus ( Angers). The distance from Condate to Sipia is xvi. and this distance beings us to a little river Secheat a place called Vi-seche, the Vibeing probably a corruption of Vadum.
