TRIADITZA(Τριάσιτζα;Nicet. Chon. 3. p. 214; Apost. Geog. Huds. 4. p. 43), a town in Upper Moesia, at the confluence of the sources of the Oescus, and the capital of the district called in late times Dacia Interior. It was situated in a fertile plain, and its site is identified with that of some extensive ruins S. of Sophia.
