VI´NDERIS(Οὐινδέριος ποταμοῦ ἐκβολαί, Ptol. 2.2.8), a little river on the E. coast of Hibernia, perhaps that which falls into Strangford Bay;but Camden (p. 1403) places it more to the N. near Carrickfergus. [T.H.D]
