HYLLUS(Ὕλλος), a tributary of the river Hermus, in Lydia, flowing into it from the north. (Hom. Il. 20.392; Hdt. 1.80; Plin. Nat. 5.31.) In the time of Strabo (13. p. 626) this river was called Phrygius.
