Kenizzites

KENIZZITES(Κεναζαῖοι, LXX.), a Canaanitish tribe. ( Gen. 15.19.) Caleb, the son of Jephunneh, is called a Kenezite (Num.32.12; Josh. 14.6), and Othniel, his younger brother, is also called a son of Kenaz. ( Judg. 1.13, 3.9; comp. Josh. 15.17; 1 Chron. 4.13.)
