LUPODU´NUM a place on the river Nicer ( Neckar) in Southern Germany. (Auson. Mosel. 423; Symmachus, p. 16, ed. Niebuhr.) It is probably the same place as the modern Ladenbuwgon the Neckar, though some identify it with the fort which the emperor Valentinian built on the banks of the Neckar. (Ammian. 28.2.)
