Rhetico

RHETICO a mountain of Germany, mentioned only by Pomp. Mela (3.3), along with Mount Taunus. As no particulars are stated it is impossible to identify it, and German writers are so divided in their opinions that some take Rhetico to be the name of the Siebengebirge, near Bonn, while others identify it with a mountain in the Tirol.
