TIGRA(called Τίγαby Procopius, de Aed. 4.7), a fortress in Moesia Inferior, near the Danube, and between Sexantaprista and Appiaria ( Itin. Ant. p. 222). In the Not. Imp. it is called Tegra. Variously identified with Marotinand a place near Olughissar.
