ibīdem adv.

ibi+-dem (demonstr. suffix), in space, in the same place, in that very place, just there, on the spot : teque ibidem pervolvam in luto, T.: vel praemissis vel ibidem relictis Mauris, S.: alqd ibidem custodire.—Of time, on the spot, in that very moment : Deinde ibidem homo acutus, cum illud occurreret: ibidem ilico.—Of other relations, in the same matter : laesitin eo Caecinam, sublevavit ibidem (i.e. in eo ipso): si quando datur (auris), custos adfixus ibidem, Iu.
