Alphĕsĭboea, ae, f., = Ἀλφεσίβοια,

daughter of the Arcadian king Phegeus , and wife of Alcmaeon , who afterwards left her and married Callirrhoë. When her broth ers slew him on this account, she, from anger at the murder, killed them, Prop. 1, 15, 19.
