an improper use of a word; in pure Lat. abusio, Paul. ex Fest. p. 58 Müll.; cf. Quint. 8, 6, 34; 8, 2, 5; and Don. p. 1775 P. (where, as in Cic. Or. 27, 94, it is written as Greek).
