First mention: O.S.1875.

Former name: "White's Alley," 1657 (L. and P. Commonwealth, D.S. xI. 48, to O.S. 1848-51).

"Pump Court" was also on the site.

White's Alley" (q.v.) still exists from Coleman Street to Moorgate Street, and See Horsey Alley.
