PETRONII VICUS in Gallia Narbonensis. Honoré Bouche gives an inscription found at Pertuis, on the right bank of the Druentia ( Durance), about 4 leagues north of Aquae Sextiae ( Aix), in which inscription the place is called vicus C. Petronii ad ripamn Druentiae.(D'Anville, Notice, &c. )
